Every animal species has both the largest and the smallest, including antelopes.
The smallest antelope in the world is the dik-dik antelope in Africa, which is mainly native to Somalia, Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania. These tiny antelopes have a shoulder height of 38-40 cm even in adulthood, and the bucks are even smaller.
The dik-dik antelope of the Dallas Zoo, called Dasher, is as small, as excited and adorable.
