Mink is the suspect

In the north of Denmark, they have experienced something that is not found elsewhere. Starring the mink and Covid-19.

They have known for a few months that mink are susceptible to the virus and can therefore pose a threat to humans. That is why hundreds of thousands of animals have been killed in Spain. It has now been detected in Denmark that mink have infected humans, in addition to a mutation in the coronavirus.

They are investigating why the mink is susceptible and how it can spread the infection, but they also decided to destroy the entire Danish mink population. This operation will cost a huge amount, many will become unemployed and the fur industry will suffer heavy losses as a result.
