Free goat crabs

Cancer is less likely to come to mind when we talk about pets. Who knows what the smugglers intended with the four thousand crabs.

They didn't even get to deliver the live cargo to the destination, Italy. During the border crossing, when the vehicle was weighed, it became clear that something was wrong with the cargo. This is how the NAV people found the 4,000 goat crabs that they wanted to deliver to Italy via our country.

The two Romanians had neither valid documents nor nature conservation permits. However, this animal is protected in Hungary, meaning that their import requires a permit.

The two men are being treated as defendants. The crabs were first taken to the Kiskunság National Park, and then the specialists released them into the open where they would belong anyway.
