Two ears or two mouths?

The animal world is not prevented by diseases, birth defects. the tiny protagonist of our story is not like the big average.

His look wasn't quite customary, but his behavior caused him to be loved by anyone. At first glance, it might not have seemed like something was wrong with the puppy. But who looked more carefully, he could see that two ears had grown up. But what seemed like another ear was actually another mouth with teeth in it.

The dog's caretakers saw the dog's special ear, but the surprise came when two teeth were found there. It turned out that the ear-believed form was actually another mouth and not only hidden the two teeth seen, but more.
