Owners of dogs living in the apartment are well aware that they must take their pets for a walk at least twice a day.
The German population must do the same, and this will now be set out in a regulation. The draft also states that a minimum of one hour of walking per day is required for puppies.
It’s not enough to just take them for a walk to do their thing. Much more needs to be done. We need to deal with animals, not just take care of them. It’s just a draft, but presumably the new regulation will come into force in 2021.
I want you to take on an animal responsibly from now on. There is so much more to providing food than taking an animal with us. They need to be addressed, but at the same time they want to end caged dog keeping.
