Time passes, weight increases

A puppy is small, even though we know it will be great because of its breed. We treat it as a puppy and behave like a puppy.

What you are accustomed to in a puppy's dog will probably do it as an adult animal. If you have always been able to climb on the owner's lap as a puppy, it is likely to be an adult animal as well. For a small or medium-sized dog, this is only acceptable and feasible, but what if our dog is large?

Well, then we can go around with our pets like these owners. They're the doggies who think they're still puppies. They forgot to grow in the meantime.

The owners do not mind the closeness of their dogs, even if it may sometimes be uncomfortable because of the weight of the eb.
