Workers in shelters are accustomed to getting new residents almost every day. Not one of the hosts will bring you in because he is bored.
Other dogs run away or are confiscated by animal keepers because their care is so inadequate.
An American man bought a Yorkshire Terrier so that his wife would be happy to have the animal in the family. They had barely been with them for months, when the puppy escaped and had gone after them, but had not been found. It took a while for the puppy to find it, but it still didn't. After a while, they were forced to accept that the puppy had only been so short.
Since then, much time has passed, more than 14 years. He rang the phone unexpectedly and said they had found the old couple's puppy on the chip.
The dog was in poor condition when he was captured. Investigations also revealed that there were three chips in it, but they contacted the registered host. It is not known what the puppy's life was like in 14 years, but he is probably grateful that he was able to return to his former owner.
