We know every moment of dogs that live with us and are family members if they have been living with us for some time.
So it’s okay and it’s natural that if we love someone, we pay attention to them. This is why we can observe behavior that is not unusual so far. If our dog shows something he has only very rarely or not experienced at all with him so far, it certainly has a meaning. All we have to do is find out what it is.
Most of the time, we also know from their gazes and movements what they think, what they will do, and if they behave strangely, it can even be scary.
They cannot express to us in human words, if something hurts, if they perceive something, they do it in their own way.
One sign of strange behavior could be when our already adult animal chews everything back home, just like it did when it was a puppy. This can no longer be taken for granted, but it is much more that he does not like to be alone and may be tormented by separation anxiety.
Eating can be the main daily program of our dogs, but if overnight you see that your dog is anorexic and unpopular and it has been going on for days, there may also be a health problem behind the behavior. This can also be indicated by the fact that your otherwise perpetually moving dog does not want to play, just lies, squats. You may just have a bad day, but if the condition doesn’t change for days, there’s definitely something else behind it.
It can be a clearer sign if you don’t move like you used to, limp, pull your leg, and even twitch when touched. It doesn't hurt to have it checked by a veterinarian.
