They can dream of us

He who lives with an animal under one roof knows his pet well. He also knows if he used to dream.

Dogs dream. They flash in our dreams, they move, they moan. It’s not even questionable whether they’re dreaming, but are I much more interested in what they can dream of?

Especially in the case of puppies a few weeks old, we would be curious about that, but we don’t get an answer. And experts have also said that puppies are more likely to dream of their owners.

The sleep phases and activity of dogs are very similar to ours. We accept that they dream about us, but experts also said they have nightmares. Is it still about the owners? They certainly can’t be a nightmare from scary movies. Scientists say reliving former bad experiences could be the cause of the nightmare.
