There is no doubt that dogs are the most loyal animals to humans. It's not by chance that we consider them that way, and whoever owns them knows what they're talking about.
What does your dog do when you go home? Does he almost do a dance of joy, licks, licks? Does he try to get as close as possible to you whenever possible? Like he wants a hug and snuggles up to you, right?
If we lived thousands of years earlier, this probably wouldn't be the case. The fact that they became so cuddly is a result of domestication. This changed their behavior, their mentality, and even their intellectual ability.
There is a saying: those who live with this, become this. It is said that a person adapts to the person he lives with. And it's the same with the dog. They wanted to adapt to us so much that they are constantly seeking our favors.
It has also been proven through research that even a feral, homeless dog becomes friendly with a person who treats it kindly. However, wolves don't work that way. Kindness here or there, they won't bond with you.
