Christmas is about gifting, being together, loving and eating and drinking. Our pets are with us on the holidays too, but don't hesitate to take care.
Otherwise, accidents may occur. Not only is it dangerous to humans, but also to animals. Our dogs are around us because we are family. Christmas food will certainly give you a good snack for the dogs.
But if we don't pay attention enough, they will slip more down their throats than they should. However, the biggest problem is getting food that is harmful to their health. Well, even if they don't consume food.
An English puppy had a lot of fun in it, except for the gingerbread that could be hung on the Christmas tree, not his food. He ate dozens of sweet decorations and even consumed the ribbon. They weren't on the tree yet, but the forgotten goodness on the kitchen counter sparked the dog's curiosity and ate a good few of them.
The owner noticed something was wrong with his Labrador dog, and as he got worse, he took him to the vet. The examination revealed that he had broken his stomach, but it was only during surgery that he had lost a total of 34 ornaments from the ribbon. The latter did not digest and could even lead to the death of the dog.
