It works in America, will it ever come to us?

It is about the law in Pennsylvania that how to provide the owners with their animals in the cold and the great heat.

We have only recently been able to keep dogs permanently on the chain. At the beginning of every summer, and even before the cold came, a series of warnings leave the various channels of the media about how to treat our animals according to extreme weather conditions. However, it is not uncommon in the summer to save a heated body dog from a car left on a stuttering day or to escape animals from freezing in winter.

However, US law states that if the outside temperature is above 32 degrees and cooler than 0 degrees, the animals should not be left without cover. It is possible to stay for up to half an hour outside and then have a protected place for your pet. Anyone who does not, can count on a fine.

In Hungary, many owners who keep their pet out, allow the animal in the cold room and in the warmth of the house, while others make the dog house wind-resistant and cool in summer and more pleasant in summer. It would be nice if all the hosts did so, but then we would not need the work of animal defenders and shelters. Unfortunately, there are a lot of things to do ...
