He made a 160 km hike

Dogs are loyal animals, but sometimes they can wander very far.

Could it be that the recent raging cold in America was the reason Ivy, the mix puppy, left his home? They set off with another dog in the family. We don't know the reason, but they must have disappeared in mid-February and it wasn't until more than two weeks later that Ivy found out. By then, the pitbull and labrador mix was very emaciated.

His thinness was measured by one of his front legs hiding through it. Because of his emaciation, Ivy was able to do that, probably in the hope of getting rid of his collar. Unfortunately, not only did this not happen, but it clung to her body and badly injured her skin, which infected her.

The puppy has since been recovering at home with his owners, but the other dog in the family has not been found since.
