Accidental Accident or Intention?

We do not consider dog walking to be a dangerous activity, because it serves to move our pets away from home, move themselves and do their health.

If we let them loose, they could get into much more trouble. The puppies slipped into the waters of the nearby winding stream, which the man standing on the shore looked at. Another passer-by was walking his dog when he saw the man who had shot his dogs in the water, but he didn't seem to want to help them.

The dog fighting for his two lives was still a kid. The other dog walker lived nearby, and immediately knew what the solution was. he ran home, picked up the dipnet and turned back to drain the two puppies out of the water. He was an out-of-office police officer who informed the animal protectors after a successful rescue. This was necessary because it was not clear that the dogs of the master had actually fallen into the water while walking, and deliberately threw them into the stream for the purpose of quick escape.
