9 Hungarian dogs - part 8

We start with an eight-part video series. Nine because that's the number of Hungarian dog breeds. A short film was also made about the nine varieties.

The nine native dog breeds include the Komondor, the Puli, the Pumi, the Kuvasz, the Transylvanian Hound, the Hungarian Shorthaired Pointer, the Wirehaired Hungarian Vizsla, the Mud and the Hungarian Greyhound.

The last hungaricum of our series is the graceful Hungarian greyhound, which may have arrived with the conquering Hungarians. Due to its short coat, it can even be kept flat. He’s a smart, sensible breed of dog, but his owner has to win his favor. If this succeeds, the Hungarian Greyhound and the man can be a good pair.
