The appearance of an animal that was once a typical resident of the area but later disappeared, its reappearance is always gratifying.
The coronavirus was raging in Spain, so a curfew was imposed. Maybe that had something to do with the brown bear being found in the north.
By the way, a camera was used to shoot a documentary in the area. The automatic device recorded the presence of the bear. The filming itself did not involve a short period of time, as the camera had been set up in the field for several months and the bear had been placed in front of the device more than once. It also turned out that he was more permanently present in that part, i.e. he lived there.
The interesting thing about this is that for more than a hundred years there was no example of a brown bear putting its foot on Spanish ground, so they were very happy with the discovery and the presence of the bear.
