We have known for a long time that our Earth is in trouble, and if not everything, much of it has been created by man. By now, the world has come to the daily disappearance of plant and animal species.
The mhorr gazelle is a completely extinct species in nature. The existence of specimens is only due to the zoo conditions. Their breeding is always a great joy, and the importance of nature conservation is even greater.
Thanks to the breeding in the zoos, some of the specimens have returned to their original habitat.
That is why it is very important for zoos to reproduce animals that are dead or endangered.
The sight of the mhorr gazelles is already waiting for visitors to Budapest Zoo. Namely, two guides were born in the Zoo and Botanical Garden of Budapest in November, but each guide is from a separate mother. The gazelles in the glass-enclosed place are well visible for the little ones. One female and one male offspring were born and can become key players in the survival of the race.
