They said goodbye to Xiang Xiang because he had returned home

Did you know that the giant pandas in any zoo around the world are actually owned by China?

This is also true for Xiang Xiang, who until now lived in Japan at the Ueno Zoo. The black-and-white panda, adored by the public, had to say goodbye because it had reached sexual maturity and it was time to look for a partner. And for this he returned to his home country, China.

Not only the zoo workers and visitors said goodbye to Xiang Xiang, but also hundreds of people gathered at the airport for the same. Moreover, the reception of the female animal was similar in China.
