Coronavirus-infected patients have been found not only in Hungary, but also in Slovakia. The pathogen has already been found in three people in the neighboring country.

The zoo is the institution that attracts visitors, including foreigners. This is precisely what could increase the spread of the coronavirus, which is why a forced measure was initiated at the Bratislava Zoo. The primate's runway, the monkey house, was closed to visitors because the animals living there are very susceptible to pathogens that are also dangerous to humans. This is how the chimpanzees and orangutans of the Bratislava Zoo are protected.
