The coronavirus epidemic has also forced zoos to close. This does not mean that life there will stop completely, as the care of the residents will be the same.
The Gyöngyös institution closed its doors to visitors in the same way. However, the leopards had a problem, as people had to take care of two cubs. To accomplish this, the caregiver was forced to take the two pups home to care for the little ones 24 hours a day. The two puppies are now 3 months old and so large that they have counted the days they can spend in the caregiver’s home.
The whole zoo is confident that they will soon be able to reopen and everything will go much more smoothly and normal life will be restored.
