The horse just stood on it and the pier broke under it

The work of firefighters is not just games and fairy tales. They encounter serious, physically and mentally taxing tasks every day.

The other day, for example, they had to save a horse. In our neighbor, Romania, it happened that a horse stood on the newly completed pier, which simply broke under it and the hoof found itself in the water shortly after. Fortunately, he was not hurt, but he was unable to get out of the water and the wreckage on his own. That is why the help of the firemen was needed, who were able to lift the paci with a truck with a lifting basket.

All of this is very strange because the investment was made recently, it should have been able to withstand a horse. It is likely that in the case of the pier built with tender money, meeting the deadline was more important than quality.

The bottom line is that the horse was not harmed.
