The whole world has learned of the raging fire in Australia. The victims include human beings, but mainly the wildlife has been hit by the scrub.
Volunteers, locals, in fact, many helped in the rescue. Even some of the stars moved. Unless otherwise, it was realized with financial support.
Steve Irwin's name may sound familiar. He was the Australian animal-worshiper who had his show on television. His death was caused by a skate. His family (wife and children), however, carried on his legacy and now, in great trouble, helped the wild animals in Australia.
Not only does their institution provide a home for wildlife, it also heals the needy. The fire, the escape, put many animals in a dangerous position. And those who survived were still lucky, because hundreds of millions of animals were still dead.
However, the Irwin family helped about 90,000 animals.
