Happiness in the zoo

The Budapest Zoo and Botanical Garden was enriched with a newcomer. The number of primates increased by one.

At dawn on October 10, the time came for Jula, the orangutan female of the Budapest Zoo, to give life to her baby. We were able to report a similar joyous event in August as well. Móric was born then, and even in the case of the newborn baby, the caregivers suspect that the new orangutan baby is male. As a multiple mom, 18-year-old Jula routinely takes care of her little one.

Even his gender is not entirely certain, and his name is absolutely uncertain. Once again, the audience will surely be entrusted with naming.
