Fragrant trifle in Szeged

There are so many special animal species in the world, but fortunately we can find a lot of special species in the zoo.

Still, the presence of giraffes, lions, tigers, elephants in zoos is common, but there are species about which we know little or nothing.

The binturong is probably the species the zoo visitor doesn’t know much about. The cattle with a special name is the civet cat species found in the Szeged Game Park, which is now enriched with another specimen, because a small one was born. This reproduction is the couple's already eleventh puppy.

These rare animals have a characteristic odor. In such cases, we usually think of something unbearable, unpleasant smell like the stink of badger’s gun, but the binturong is a pleasant disappointment because it smells like popcorn.
