Animal census

In an enclosed place like, say, a zoo or livestock farm, it is much easier to count how many animals live in that place.

Well, but it’s pretty hard to count wildlife. However, they are preparing in Kenya for a more thorough animal census of all time. This is also important to assess the population of each species, but it is also important data for tourism development.

It is more common to count among species in the wild, but how at once? There has never been an example of this. This will require an air force that will count the animals from a helicopter, but for several species, the same activity will require a walking tour.

Counting the thousands of animal species living in Kenya is no small bite.
