The symptoms of rhinitis are unpleasant, but we know full well that you can get through it quickly and heal asymptomatically.
It is also known that the existing disease is feline catarrh, which is a threat to cats, however, this viral infectious disease is much more serious in their case. Untreated can even lead to death.
At first, the kittens ’eyes start to tear, with nasal and conjunctivitis, and then they become pinched, their eyes get stuck, sneeze and sucker, barely getting any air. And if left untreated, the disease can become so overwhelming that anorexia and depression will dominate the animals, spread to the lungs, and infect the upper respiratory tract.
Prevention is the most obvious, but if you experience symptoms of feline rhinitis in your kitten, be sure to see your veterinarian.
