We have long used the loyalty, closeness of people and good smell of dogs to activities that also help human work.

Because of their smell, dexterity, cleverness, our pets become excellent working dogs, looking for objects, people, guarding and herding farm animals. The latter role is performed by a cat with a grumpy figure in Thailand.

While dogs are most careful about grazing animals so they don’t get crawled, an annoyed-looking cat pays less attention to moving ones. For several years now, a watermelon farm has been taking care of the integrity of the melons.

Who wouldn't have felt the rattling gaze of a security guard striking the back of his neck? Well, Pearl, the melon-guarding cat, is also a deterrent to melon theft.
