The kitten stuck in the house fire had a life there

Firefighters not only put out fires but also save lives and value.

Moreover, they do not only save human lives if fate brings it that way. All life is important to them and this has been proven when the life of a kitten was in danger when alerted to a fire.

In many cases, it is not the fire itself, that is, the burn, that causes the death, but the smoke poisoning.
