There are many factors that can play a role in enduring heat. We have quite a few options in our hands, but we also need to help our kittens.
Cat-only cats are perhaps the easiest thing to do, as it’s cool inside (at least not as warm as outside), in the shade, and has a constant supply of water. Helping the kittens out of the house is harder. They like to be outside, but even so, let’s not do it in the greatest heat. Either early in the morning or in the afternoon.
As soon as the animal goes into the garden, it is left to how it will flee from the heat. However, if it turns out to be visibly hot, you should help with it because you may have had a heat stroke. A cold water compress that is placed around your neck can be good. If that weren’t enough, you need to cool your whole body with a damp cloth. Have fresh water in front of it. In the great heat, your appetite will certainly not be the same, but you can offer it with the food in the bag, if it has cooled down a bit.
