Unplanned hanging

Being a migratory bird is not an easy task, considering only doing the big one.

Don’t think that when they arrive at their nesting or wintering spot, safety is complete. They have to go through a lot of adversity even during the long journey, but unfortunately this period also holds difficulties for them.

The storks can be shaken by the electricity, run over by a car, and in the vicinity of Pécs, the unfavorable meeting of the bale stump and irrigation equipment put the freshman nesting there in a difficult situation.

A bale strap wrapped around the stork's leg, and then, as he approached the irrigation system, the strap got stuck in the structure and the stork got stuck. The freshman hung helplessly at his feet and could not get rid of himself. Luckily, someone saw the white stork in trouble and help came soon. Who knows how long he could have been such a poor bird, but after saving him, he couldn’t stand on his feet. However, it turned out that the bird only suffered muscle strain, so he was released again the next day.
