The saved stork stays in the family

Storks are a common sight in domestic landscapes during this period. Even the chicks have taken to the wings and are trying their hand, as they will soon be on their way.

The same is the case in Lithuania. However, one family's life changed when they found a young stork. He probably fell out of the nest and since he was not yet able to live independently, there was no question that he would be rescued. It was a headache for the family how to raise a stork, but it seems that they solved it well, because it has since grown into an adult bird.

However, this stork has become such a part of the family that, in addition to the people who feed and take care of him, he also completely accepted the family's two dogs. So much so that they come and go everywhere together and do everything together.

He hasn't completely separated himself from his environment and peers either, because other storks often land nearby, but for now it seems that he prefers family.
