A short walk outdoors can make you feel good. American researchers experimented with bird songs. On a hiking section, bird sounds were turned on for hikers there, and at other times it was turned off. Hikers were asked how they felt and those who heard the bird songs reported much better well-being. Not only the fresh air, the proximity of the plants, but also the sound effect contributes to our recharging in nature, an environment free of city noise is necessary to maintain our mental health.
