Firefighters can save lives without fire, and not always need to save a human but an animal.
In London, firefighters were asked to help rescue a parrot. People in the area have been saddened by the parrot that has been on the roof for three days and is unable to fly from there.
Firefighters were called to a bird stuck on the roof. Saving a feathered, flying bird is not an easy matter anyway, even if it starts with a parrot's mouth.
The English-speaking and swearing parrot surprised the firefighters. With the word "I love you," those who approached the bird were constantly given verbal abuse. The talking parrot was believed to have been injured during his escape because he had not left the roof where he had landed for three days. However, as the rescue unit got closer to the bird, he suddenly recovered and left his temporary accommodation.
Later, however, he managed to catch him, and since then he is back with his owner.
