The Budaörs Airshow, organized for the fourth time, awaits the whole family with exciting air shows, ground attractions and children's programs.
On Sunday, August 21, from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Budaörs Airport will host the all-day, free family event. In addition to the air shows, special, old and new, civilian and combat aircraft, parents and children will also be treated to family and children's programs.
Lovers of unusual productions can watch the impressive presentation of the Czech Flying Bulls Aerobatics Team, and the Slovakian Retro Sky Team will present World War II airplanes, displaying countless show elements.
In addition, helicopter, aerobatics and parachute demonstrations are constantly taking place, as well as exhibitions of oldtimers and fighter planes. As a special feature this year, the Beech Expeditor will also appear in the skies of Budaörs, and fans of passenger transport will once again be enchanted by the impressive sight of the Boeing 737-800 passing low over the airport.
A children's island awaits the little ones, and they can compete for valuable prizes during the children's quiz. In the hope of cloudless entertainment, there will be an opportunity to take a helicopter flight, and those interested can also view a military technology exhibition. Military vehicles, off-road vehicles, and vintage cars are waiting for lovers of ground vehicles at the event. The gastronomic restaurant will be responsible for "recharging" those who are starving among the clouds, while the visitors can even take home an eternal memory of the special day in the form of airplane souvenirs.
Entry to the event is free, and a special bus departs from Etele square, which transports the participants free of charge!
