Hundreds of birds died

At the end of 2020, the use of pyrotechnic devices was banned in Hungary on New Year's Eve. Other countries decided otherwise.

In Rome, the New Year's Eve, which had a great effect on sound and light, was also banned, but the celebrants still took advantage of this opportunity. What is an eye-catching sight for humans is a nightmare for animals. Probably many dogs and cats also tried to escape from the fireworks to a safer place, but the birds were not so lucky.

On the first day of the New Year, the streets of Tremini Station were full of dead birds. Hundreds of birds died. It is not known whether they were killed by fright, by a heart attack or by the fact that they could not find their way due to the fright and they flew to buildings and wires.
