It's time for the storks to get home. Many nests are still empty, but the Hortobágy Bird Park helped to settle the nests.

The end of last week was festive. Before the memory of the Revolution and War of Independence of 14848-49, many bowed their heads, even when they did all this in a home setting, watching television. However, the atmosphere was also festive in the Hortobágy Bird Park, where several storks were released this weekend on March 14-15.

Our storks also arrive from their great journey these days, so the staff of the bird hospital also chose this weekend as the release date for the recovered, fully healed storks.

However, these storks were more ornate at the moment of their release, and then after the first few wing strikes they could get rid of the cockade worried about them. Thus, in their flight and further life, the cockade was not a problem for them, but they managed to release them in a worthy Hungarian way.
